PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL FAQ

  • When should we arrive at camp?
Players at the Summer Camp should arrive on the first day of camp at approximately 8:30 am and at 8:45 am on all other days. Please park next to Motamed Field and bring your young player to check in. Please have any payments and medical forms fully completed and ready to be handed in. The week begins with a brief orientation and the introduction of the coaching staff. Parents are most welcome to stay. At this time, you may pass on any pertinent information, concerning your child, to his/her coach for the week or pass on any medication to the camp athletic trainer.
  • When is pick-up?
The time of departure for all the summer camps is 1:00pm. Campers depart from Motamed Field. You MUST come from your car to collect your child. For safety reasons, NO camper will be allowed to walk to the car alone.
  • What is the policy if I have to cancel my registration?
Panther Soccer School provides the option on the Tuition Protection Plan (TPP) to protect the investment you have made in summer camp registration should your plans change or if something prevents a player from attending. TPP must be purchased at Registration. The cost of TPP is $20 per player. Please see Panther Soccer Schools Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete details on canceling your registration
  • What should we pack for camp?
It is suggested that Players bring the following items each day? Cleats and sneakers Extra tee shirt and shorts A healthy snack Small change for the famous sno cones Shin guards Strong sunscreen Filled water bottle or cooler Mosquito repellent
  • What happens if there is bad weather?
Players will train in rain and inclement weather at the discretion of the Camp Director. In the case of severe weather an alert will appear on the home page of the Panther Soccer School website.
  • Do I need a medical form?
Panther Soccer School requires that you submit to the camp a copy of a confidential medical form WITH IMMUNIZATION DATES before the camper enters the camp. The camper does not have to have a medical examination and you can send us a copy of a RECENT (within last year) school medical form as long as it includes immunization dates. You can bring the form to us at check-in on the first day of camp.
