TERMS & CONDITIONS

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PANTHER SOCCER, LLC. 

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO REGISTER FOR ANY PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL PROGRAM. BY REGISTERING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER.

PARENTAL CONSENT: 

I, for myself for personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin: ACKNOWLEDGE and agree, that I understand the nature of Panther Soccer School camp activities taking and that my son/daughter is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.

I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT: (a) ACTIVITIES AT PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL COULD INVOLVE RISKS AND DANGERS OF BODILY INJURY, ("RISKS"); (b) these risks and dangers may be caused by my son/daughters own actions or inaction’s, the actions or inaction’s of others participating in the activity; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES my son/daughter may incur as a result of participation in the activity.

I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL COMPANY LLC, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owner and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the "RELEASES" herein) FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON MY ACCOUNT CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE "RELEASEES" OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS AND I FURTHER AGREE that if, despite this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as the result of such claim. 

 

USE OF VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHS:

Permission is also granted for PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL to use any video, or film, or photographs taken at the camp in conjunction with publicity.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS: 

  • Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. 

  • Full payment must be made upon registration 

 

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS: 

Where coupons are available for camps the following applies: 

  • Only one coupon is allowable per individual registration. 

 

REFUND POLICY: 

TUITION PROTECTION PLAN: 

PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL created the Tuition Protection Plan (TPP) to provide families with peace of mind if they risk seeing plans change and must cancel registrations at a later date. Tuition Protection must be subscribed to at the time of enrollment and may not be added at a later date.

The cost for Tuition Protection is as follows: 

Summer Camp . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $20.00 per player/week

REFUND ELIGIBILTY 

With the Tuition Protection Plan: 

Cancellations can be made for any reason, at any time, up to the first day of camp. With Tuition Protection you will receive a FULL refund of all monies paid. (All refunds exclude the Tuition Protection fee)

Without the Tuition Protection Plan: 

Cancellations up to the first day of camp will result in the provision of a CREDIT NOTE for the following year, less $125.00 deposit/administrative fee for any Panther Soccer School camp 

In all cases: 

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early withdrawals, absences or camper dismissals for disciplinary reasons. 

  • Falsifying information is grounds for dismissal without refund. 

  • Refunds cannot be made for any element that is out of the control of PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL such as power outages or weather-related issues. 

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

All requests for refunds must be made in writing sent via email to info@panthersoccerschool.com 

Please be aware that refunds take up to 14 days to process.

CAMP CANCELATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER:

PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL reserves the right to cancel or change a camp or location if participation numbers are not adequate. You may select an alternative session date or request a full cash refund of tuition paid should such a situation occur. 

  • All camps take place rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, Panther Soccer Camp reserves the right to cancel a camp 

 

TRANSFERING REGISTRATIONS: 

  • PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL Registrations ARE transferable. 

  • Transfers must be in writing and must be received no later than 15 days prior to the start of the camp week. 

  • Transfers later than 15 days prior to the start of a camp may incur a $50 administration fee. 

 

INSURANCE: 

Supplementary accident insurance is provided for each PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL camper. This insurance covers ONLY medical costs resulting from injury at camp which are not covered by your own medical insurance policy and which are evaluated as justifiable by the PANTHER SOCCER SCHOOL insurance carrier.
